【日本国外からの御注文】

1．　代行サービス・商品代金のお支払いはPayPal経由のクレジットカード払い（新規利用者不可。最低3回のVerified　Transactionが必要です）、弊社利用日本国内銀行・米国銀行口座への海外送金、米国郵便為替を承っております。

1. We accept credit card payments through PayPal (no new PayPal users are accepted and you must have at least three verified transactions via PayPal), direct money transfer to our bank accounts in Japan or the US, as well as US or international postal money orders (all money orders must clear before products are shipped).

2．　弊社で在庫のある「セール在庫品」をご購入の場合にはお支払いは御注文日より3営業日以内にお願いいたします。4日目までにご入金が確認できない場合には一旦御注文はキャンセルとさせていただきます。

3．　PayPal経由でのお支払いの場合にはショップ記載の販売価格を御注文時のイグジム換算レートで計算したドル建てとなります。ショップに記載のない商品をご依頼いただいた場合には弊社スタッフがお出ししたドル建てお見積額となります。

3.  PayPal payment will be charged in USD, converted from prices indicated in Japanese yen on our store using an EXIM NY currency conversion rate (it fluctuates everyday, but usually ranges between 115 and 125 yen per 1 USD.)

4．　ご依頼いただいてから米国内ショップでご希望商品を代行購入する「代行購入品お見積品」の御注文いただいた場合には、お支払いは御注文日より7営業日以内にお願いいたします。実際の代行購入はお支払いが完了してから行います。お支払いまでの期間に御注文品が完売等でお手配できなくなった場合には、ご返金費用はお客様ご負担でお支払い方法と同じ方法でご返金いたします。

4. All payments for the personal shopping service orders must be received within seven business days of your order date. Your item will be purchased after the clearing of your payment. If the requested item becomes unavailable during pending payment, the paid amount subtracted with bank/credit card transaction fees will be refunded to you in the original form of payment within 10 days. 

5．　ご依頼品の配送は必ず荷物追跡の出来る方法となります。Priority Mail InternationalまたはExpress Mailでの配送がデフォルトとなります。他の宅急便会社もご希望があれば実費でご利用いただけます。当ショップ1万円以上のアイテムの販売価格は日本へのPriority Mail Internationalの送料が含まれています。ご希望配送先への配送料金が日本への配送料金を上回る場合には差額実費はお客様にご負担いただいております。

5. All international orders will be shipped via traceable method without exception. We use USPS Priority Mail International and Express mail, but other carriers can be specified by the customer, provided any difference in shipping cost will be covered by the customer. Sale prices over 10,000 yen on our site includes the Priority Mail International shipping fee, if the destination of your order requires more than that of the shipping fees to Japan, the customer will pay the difference in the shipping fee. 

6．　ご購入いただいた商品は弊社スタッフがしっかり品質等をチェックしお送りいたしますので配送中による郵便破損等を除き、御注文のキャンセル・ご返品はできませんのでご了承ください。配送中の商品破損は郵便局による保険を利用し保証されます。自動付帯の保険額以上はお客様で別途保険料をご負担いただかないと付いてきませんのでご了承ください。

6. All customer orders will be thoroughly examined  by our staff before shipment, and all the exchanges or returns due to any flaw or defect will be made before we ship the item to you. Due to the nature of our services and the products offered on our site, no exchanges or returns can be made after shipment. All sales are final. Please carefully examine your order (style number, color, size, manufacture, etc.) before ordering. Any damage in transit will be covered by postal insurance. Any premium for the insurance above the amount automatically insured depending on the shipment method will be paid by the customer. In case of any damage or loss in transit, we will make an insurance claim to the US postal service in your behalf to recover the amount you have chosen to insure your package.

7．　税関申告書類は個人輸入として記入させていただいております。贈り物にする、申告額を減らす等のリクエストはご遠慮いただいておりますのでご了承ください。

7. We report all of our packages as personal importing of merchandise on appropriate customs forms. We cannot accept any request for changes to these forms (i.e., making it as a "gift" on customs form to avoid duties, etc.).
